Phillips Consulting (PCL), Nigeria’s consulting firm, has unveiled a new training platform aimed at helping organisations in Africa stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape through change management training.

Known as assima training software, the software launched in partnership with assima will allow clients from Africa to have access to the world’s top system training platform.

With the combined experience of over 50 years, Phillips Consulting and assima will provide effective solutions to existing training challenges, leading to smoother transitions, better adoption of new systems, and greater success in achieving strategic goals.

Speaking at the launch of the assima training software in Lagos, Paul Ayim, senior partner at PCL, said the collaboration between both organisations will elevate the way organisations train across the African market.
