Ingredients
4 pcs chicken sausage
1 pc green apple
1 pc red apple
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 pinch black pepper
2 pinch salt
1 bunch parsley

Method
Heat the coconut oil over medium-high in a frying pan.
Toss in the apples (cored and diced) and the sausages (pre-cooked and sliced) until the sausages are hot and the apples are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired, and remove from heat.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or basil and avocado.
