The Afri-Focus Projects Limited, in collaboration with Kory Africa SA, is organizing the 2nd edition of the Focus Africa Science, Tech/Innovation and Commodity Exhibitions 2022 in Juba South Sudan from October 31st – 4th, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. daily.
With the launch of the PAPSS payment settlement system which enables ease of currency exchange and payment amongst African countries, thus enhancing intra-African trade and further supporting the AFCTA initiatives, we believe that exciting times are ahead for businesses across the continent as ease of payment opens up a whole new market of 1.3bn people to trade freely amongst each other, thus boosting employment and wealth creation within the continent’ It is against this background that we provide this platforms for primary and secondary raw materials producers and manufacturers, industrialists and venture capitalists to share experience and knowledge on the focus areas of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AFCTA).
The program will also demonstrate links between indigenous technologies and innovation, harmonize trade partnerships across the continent, promote the acceptance of and the preference for locally made goods, and to connect owners of patents/ideas to venture capitalists willing to operate in the Africa common market. Furthermore, the event will provide the opportunity for business leaders, key government policy makers, brands, MSMEs, individuals, embassies, manufacturers, research organizations, trade organizations in Africa and distinguished players in the private and public sectors to explore and promote their businesses. The Raw Materials Research and Development Council (RMRDC) will provide technical support for the event.
