Investment One facilitates $7.5m funding for Landmark project completion

Investment One Financial Services Limited, a fast growing financial services group, has facilitated the investment of $7.5 million in Landmark Partners Network Limited for the completion of Landmark House project.

Landmark House project is a premium commercial property development in Ikeja GRA, Lagos, offering 4000 square metres of office space on 3,500 square metres of land close to one of the city’s Central Business District areas.

A statement made available to BusinessDay quotes Nicholas Nyamali, managing director of Investment One, as saying that his company embarked on the project in pursuance of their real estate advisory vision of bringing international standard office space to the business class community in Nigeria, adding that the premium nature of the property is evident in the tenants’ profile entirely made up of large multinationals.

As a major player in Nigerian financial services sector, Investment One Financial Services operations are regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The company provides investment management, trust services, financial advisory services and, through its subsidiaries, also provides securities brokerage, fund management and pensions services to individuals, corporate institutions, state governments and government agencies.

Its capital management division, which comprises real estate advisory, principal investments and corporate finance and financial advisory services, provides bespoke services in diverse areas including real estate project financing, structured finance, financial advisory, and debt and equity capital mobilisation, among others.
