Eaton Nigeria on May 5, 2021, kick-started a no-holds-barred sales activation campaign with an initial event holding on the ever-busy streets of Shagbemi, Jankara Market in Lagos Island. This is the first part of a bifocal campaign while the second part is slated to hold in Otigba Street, Computer Village, also in Lagos.
Eaton Corporation, manufacturers of power distribution and power quality equipment, has been powering businesses across Nigeria over the years, bridging the energy gap with safe, reliable and affordable solutions. Under the broad theme for energy transition, the company continues to innovate and engineer solutions with the core focus of delivering value to customers and all stakeholders.
Present at the event, Kunmi Odunoku, the Marketing Manager for Eaton in West Africa says “This is the first of other outreach initiatives we plan to implement for our products, as we feel there is a need in the market for safe and reliable solutions for electrical installations that we can provide. So it only falls to good reason that we reach out to this market in a bid to fill this gap.”
This comes on the coattails of other exciting outreach campaigns implemented by Eaton over the past fiscal year. Forging through the restrictions caused by the pandemic, and other situational bottlenecks, Eaton remains optimistic about its consumer base and vows to continue to find new ways of outreach and communication with its stakeholders.

The Activation at Jankara market consisted of several exciting activities, through which our trade partners and end-users were thrilled and wowed, as they were taken through the plethora of Eaton’s offerings, a truly immersive experience consisting of brand education, anti-counterfeiting campaigns, product demo, music, and games. Passers-by were amazed by gifts, and brand representatives who ensured the great offerings of Eaton were shared with as many presents as possible.
This is the first sales activation event being hosted by Eaton for the year 2021, with the second one slated to hold at Otigba Computer Village, at a later date.
