Dubai firm expands to Nigeria to boost investment, mobility opportunities

Imperial Citizenship, a Dubai-based facilitator of Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and Residency by Investment (RBI) programs, has expanded to Nigeria by unveiling a new office in Lagos.

This strategic move positions Imperial Citizenship to cater directly to Nigeria’s growing population of high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) seeking global investment opportunities and enhanced mobility, according to a statement.

“The launch of the Lagos office on Tuesday underscores the firm’s commitment to global expansion. With physical offices in Dubai and now Nigeria as well as representatives in Mexico, Algeria, and Turkey, Imperial Citizenship demonstrates its ability to cater to a geographically diverse clientele seeking international opportunities,” the statement said.

It said Imperial Citizenship boasts a proven track record, with over 2,000 successful applications secured for clients seeking alternative citizenship and residency options. “Their partnerships with over 15 governments globally provide a diverse portfolio of investment programs that comply with international regulations.”

Speaking at the launch, Zaid Al Hindi, founder and CEO of Imperial Citizenship, said Nigeria’s position as a major economic force in Africa, coupled with its rising HNWI population, presents a significant opportunity.

“Our presence in Lagos allows us to offer discerning Nigerian investors tailored solutions for global asset diversification, strategic investment options, and the freedom to travel and invest internationally,” he said.

He added that Imperial Citizenship goes beyond simply offering programs. “We provide dedicated advisors with a deep understanding of the Nigerian market and the specific needs of local investors. This ensures clients receive tailored investment options aligned with their financial goals and risk tolerance.”

Imperial Citizenship’s programs often involve investments in real estate, government bonds, or business ventures within the chosen country. The investments offer attractive returns while simultaneously qualifying clients for residency and potential future citizenship, depending on the program.

The statement noted that looking ahead, Imperial Citizenship plans to broaden its service offerings and expand its reach into new markets.

“By strategically targeting Nigeria’s growing pool of sophisticated investors, Imperial Citizenship is well-positioned to become a leading player in the CBI and RBI space, offering Nigerians a gateway to global diversification, enhanced mobility, and secure investment opportunities.”
