Custodian Investment set to hold board meeting to approve unaudited financial statements 

Custodian Investment PLC, formerly Custodian & Allied Insurance Plc, an investment holding company in Nigeria offering insurance and reinsurance solutions is set to hold a board meeting to approve unaudited financial statements for March 2024.

This was according to a statement signed by Adeyinka Jafojo, company secretary at Custodian Investment PLC and released on Nigerian Exchange Group.

“Notice is hereby given that the board meeting of Custodian Investment Plc (the Company) is scheduled to hold on the May 14, 2024 by 10:00am, to deliberate on and approve the company’s unaudited Financial Statements for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024, amongst other matters,” the statement said.

It said accordingly, in compliance with the Nigerian Exchange Limited’s (NGX) amended rules on closed period, the closed period for trading in the company’s shares commenced on January 1, 2024, and will continue to subsist until 24 hours after the 2023 audited financial statements and the Q1, 2024 audited financial statements are released to NGX and by extension, the public.

“Accordingly, no insider of Custodian Investment Plc may directly or indirectly deal in the products or securities of the company in any manner during the closed period,” it said.
