When can I cancel?
You may change or cancel your subscription at any time. To change or cancel your subscription, please contact Customer Service at 012799101. We do not accept cancellations by mail, email, or by any other means.
Are refunds available?
For monthly subscriptions when canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, however, your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund; your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.
Email Address Previously Registered
I would like to subscribe, but I get an error when entering my email address?
If you would like to subscribe using an already registered email address, please select the “login” button to take you to the login page. Sign in with your email address and password, and this will allow you to continue your purchase.
Must my subscription be automatically renewed?
All of our subscriptions are on automatic renewal for your convenience. You do not have to worry about mailing back renewal notices or missing issues if you forget to renew. You have complete control over your subscription and can contact us to change or cancel at any time.
What does my package include?
Your package depends on the plan selected during subscription process however all plan includes grants you access to BusinessDay tablet app, access to businessday.ng and subsidiaries sites, membership discount and premium newsletters.
What are your rates?
The rates will vary depending on the package purchased. Please select the package you’re interested in to see the rates available for that package. We have several digital plans that will suit your needs.
Is that your best rate?
Our introductory prices are our lowest available rates and are available only to new subscribers.
When will my price change?
At the end of the introductory term, your subscription will automatically renew each month at the standard price for your package. Please select the package you’re interested in to see the rates available for that package.
1. Go to www.businessday.ng, click on subscribe button
2. Scroll down to select a subscription plan
3. Tick the gift subscription check box
4. Click on subscribe button at the bottom of the order page
5. if already a subscriber, click on Already a user? Login here
if not a subscriber, register on BusinessDay
6. Enter your details (email and password) to login
7. Confirm and pay
8. After payment, then go to my account
9. Scroll down to your subscriptions, then click on settings on the order type gift to add a beneficiary of your gift subscription
10. Then you let your beneficiary know to check his/her mail for notifications.
