Fresh facts have emerged that the proposed seven-floor The Spheres in Lagos will be completed within a period of 27 months.
The project, which will commence in the third quarter of 2013, will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2015, rising on seven floors including the basement floor, ground floor, first to fourth floors, lower pent floor and upper pent floor.

The project was designed by Pieach Limited, an award winner for the Best Mixed-Use Architecture Africa at International Property Awards 2012-2013.
Prospective buyers will pay 10 percent sign-on fee and 15 percent mobilisation to site. The balance payment will be in nine equal quarterly instalments.
