The presidential election petitions tribunal sitting in Abuja has resumed for what is expected to be the last day of Pre-hearing.
Today’s session is the continuation of pre-hearing on the petition filed by Peter Òbí, candidate of the Labour Party against the declaration of Boost Tinubu as winner of the February 25 presidential election.
With the judges seated, court resumed session, with petitioner and representatives of the respondents announcing their presence.
Justice Tsammani said he expects that the pre hearing session ends today and subsequently pave way for the case to proceed properly.
