The key development from Monday’s session was the arrival of midfielder Ederson, who immediately joined training after linking up with the squad.

The Atalanta midfielder was called up by coach Carlo Ancelotti to replace injured right-back Wesley, who has been ruled out of the tournament after suffering a thigh injury.

The 34-year-old was expected to rejoin full training on Monday, but a recent MRI scan indicated he still requires additional time before returning to full team sessions.
Despite the delay, Brazil’s medical staff remain optimistic. Reports suggest his latest assessment shows significant improvement compared to earlier scans conducted before the team travelled to the United States.
